Our personalized handmade crochet items are made to order based on your specific ideas, including real-life photos, picture drawings, or cartoon and game characters. To create your model, we require:

• Detailed photos, sketches, or screenshots of your desired item.
• Color specifications for all aspects (hair, eyes, clothing, etc.).

Example: Medium-sized crochet items (typically about 25cm) doll “My Dad works at HPC construction site”.

Please note that the size, the characteristic, and price of the item is provided as an indication for easy reference. Kindly contact us before placing an order.

Here's how the process works:

• Once we have all the necessary input data for your model, we'll send you a summary of your future item via email so that you can place an order.
• Upon receiving your order, we'll need at least one or two weeks to design and create a primary model, allowing for any necessary adjustments.
• After confirming the primary model, we'll finalize it. Please note that modifications cannot be made at this stage.
• We'll email you a photo of your final product before dispatching it. Delivery usually takes 2-4 working days in France and approximately 8 working days in Europe. Items are shipped from France.

While you can make a purchase before contacting us, we recommend reaching out to us beforehand to ensure your order meets your expectations and to make any necessary price adjustments.
